- Rose Petals Infused in Saponified Coconut Oil: The fatty acids in coconut oil can provide the skin great benefits. The numerous minerals and nutrients in coconut are great for the skin. The oil can also work to help remove dirt and dead cells from the skin (1). The aforementioned acids in coconut oil (lactic, capric, etc) can have benefits when it comes to acne treatment: the antimicrobial properties of these fats can act to prevent or help reduce current acne breakouts (1). The antioxidants from the coconut oil prevent and help to reduce skin aging (1). This facial cleanser comes in a 50 gm plastic container and a screw on top. Brownish in color, the cleanser is of a hard consistency due to the saponified coconut oil and is smooth in texture with dispersed rose petals.
The rose petals used in preparations, are dried & infused in coconut oil and solar treated over weeks.
To use, apply to wet face and massage in upward motions. Rinse well finishing with cold water, follow with a mist to tone and moisturize with a serum or day creme.
